Ship Cottage, Norfolk

The Ship Cottage project included the demolition of some extensions to the original house, the rebuilding of the existing barn and complete refurbishment of the existing building. There was also a new extension built in place of the previously demolished building.

The property has undergone a thorough upgrade with a new heating and electrical system incorporating a combination of Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Panels and boreholes. The property also benefitted from installation of some high end and luxury fixtures and fittings with bespoke kitchen units, spiral cellar and sanitary ware from Duravit & Villeroy & Boch. Externally the property was complimented with an oak car part, with external surfaces finished in traditional York stone, washed gravel and Norfolk red brick.
