I started Gleave Associates in 2008, having gained extensive experience working for the likes of John Laing Construction, PJ Livesey Group and Lovells (who are now one of our valued customers). I saw a need for a very personal, quality approach to consultancy which was not readily found in the Construction sector.
Today we are recognised for the quality and consistency of our service delivery combining a very personal approach with accredited, robust processes and procedures.
I am tremendously proud of the Gleave brand and of the quality and dedication of our team. In addition, my pride extends to our sister company Ashlar Developments which combines our sector knowledge, experience and passion.
