Having prepared the initial budgets for the Architect we were contacted to undertake the quantity surveying duties on the project.
The project included the refurbishment of the existing Georgian dwelling, including the addition of the orangery and a 2500sq/ft Annexe within the grounds.
The works also included substantial remodeling of the external works, fitting a fire pit, new garage and refurbishing/relocating the existing Arbor.
The existing property was extended to include a three bedroomed guest suite complete with 3 en-suites bathrooms and separate kitchen. The main house was completed with new fireplaces, bathrooms with hand crafted marble surfaces and bespoke kitchens.
